1. Scope
This policy applies to deposits, retainers and project fees paid to MEXA Agency for professional services, unless a signed statement of work states otherwise.
2. Deposits
Project deposits reserve capacity and cover discovery work. They are non-refundable once discovery or design has begun, but are credited in full against the first project invoice.
3. Milestone & Retainer Fees
Fees for completed milestones and for retainer periods already in progress are non-refundable. Unused, prepaid retainer time not yet started may be refunded on request, less any costs already incurred.
4. Requesting a Refund
Send refund requests to billing@mexa.agency with your invoice number and reason. We review requests within 10 business days and issue approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
6. Changes
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date below reflects the current version.
